I’m getting on well with the MG, I've gotta take it back in to get a part replace, but they said they'll do that for free, which is nice. I was looking an SUV because the family is getting a little bit bigger. So saw that car, good price. good mileage, good year. I booked test drive, but they didn't seem prepared me to take the car that day. We were there for a few hours while getting things ready, but aside from that, it was flawless.

I needed a WAV to transport my young grandson who was getting taller quickly. II found the advert for what seemed the perfect vehicle. We viewed it on the Sunday. Tom took the trouble to make the vehicle accessible and showed it to us. I later sent him an email to say we were interested and I test drove it on Wednesday. I now have the vehicle (Thursday)... fantastic. Everything was made so simple to complete the part exchange of my current vehicle for this one. Helpful and friendly service from Tom. Super low pressure environment, just good information with time and space to make your own decision. He had a huge selection of cars and we found the right one within price range. The process of purchase was well communicated by Tom and he stayed in touch to update me. He had already ordered a replacement for a cosmetic part of the vehicle and will provide a courtesy car when the part comes in to replace it.

Tom was incredibly helpful from my first phone call, for example explaining how to get to the dealership by public transport. The car is an automatic, which I hadn’t driven for a number of years. Tom took me on a good test drive so that I could be confident driving the car. There was no pressure to buy, and I was able to ask the questions that I had. The car itself is perfect- exactly as described and after a week of driving it I am even more impressed with the car. Overall I am very pleased with the car, and the helpful service provided by Tom. I would happily buy a car from this dealer again.

We are delighted with the car we bought from Automatic Cars Ltd. We saw the car on Autotrader, called and spoke to Ray and because we were in Scotland, he promised that he would keep the car for us until we could come and see it, which was three days later. Ray was absolutely brilliant. The car was ready for us when we arrived. We took it for a test drive and we drove off in it within the hour. We can't express enough gratitude for the excellent service we received at this dealership. We would highly recommend them.

This is our third car that we have bought from here. I had already put a deposit down with another Trader but then realised that Automatic Cars also had one although it was a year older. Went along and as always the service you receive is above and beyond expectations and was also made a higher offer for trading in my car. Was told I could have taken it away that day if I needed to but asked if I could collect it a week later which was not a problem. Then on the day of collection they rang me to advise that they had noticed a scratch on the wheel so had arranged for it to be fixed, I don't think many Traders would have gone to that length but they went that extra mile. Really appreciated so thank you.

I found them to be a genuine honest dealer. I had a car to trade in so I sent them the online auto trader valuation on my car which they agreed, which relieved me of having to deal with tyre kickers for slightly more money. Due to my circumstances I was unable to view the vehicle but all information confirming its history etc was forwarded and the online photos were fantastic as to its condition. As I was not a million miles away so Tom agreed to bring the car over for a viewing and a test drive, viewing my trade in at the same time, all under no pressure. Needless to say the deal was done along with Tom dealing with all the paperwork for the change over, tax etc along with answering all my questions. On my experience I would have no problem recommending them for a great vehicle and one of the smoothest transactions I have had. 10/10.

The offer for part exchange has always been very competitive and the quality of the vehicle purchased was as usual 1st class. Stuart made the whole experience really pleasant and easy. We needed an automatic upgrade from our current manual car and found exactly what we were looking for. It’s a no pressure environment and communication was always clear and friendly. The process of finding a car to picking it up took one week, would highly recommend to anybody who is in the market for an automatic.
