I was a little dubious about buying a non-BMW approved car. But I need not have worried. Tom took great care of us, went through everything carefully and sold us a fantastic X1 with very low mileage. When I got it home I noticed that the bag containing the BMW tyre repair kit was empty. Although I had ticked it on the check-list on the basis of the empty bag, Tom simply sent a new one in the post. Exemplary car trader! I will certainly be back when I need a replacement in 5 years or so.

I’m getting on well with the MG, I've gotta take it back in to get a part replace, but they said they'll do that for free, which is nice. I was looking an SUV because the family is getting a little bit bigger. So saw that car, good price. good mileage, good year. I booked test drive, but they didn't seem prepared me to take the car that day. We were there for a few hours while getting things ready, but aside from that, it was flawless.

Had small issue with a coolant hose on a car I purchased. Contacted Tom who couldn’t have been more helpful. Fixed issue quickly and lent me a courtesy car while mine was off the road. All done under the 12 months dealer warranty they gave with the car. Superb. Thanks

Excellent service. Stuart is charming and very easy to deal with. The entire process of purchasing a car could not have been easier. I would highly recommend. We spoke on the phone and then went down to Welling to see the car. The car was then MOTd and delivered to us within 24 hours. Couldn't have been simpler.

I went there this year 2025 in august i can’t remember his name but he is well tall man he just came back from a/leave he quite good teacher and can show you than rushing you they have good car and in good mileage also I did not buy because my budget was low but I highly recommend them.

I had a broken/cut windscreen hose on my Toyota Corolla. I took it in for an inspection and Stewart was very friendly and helpful. He ordered a part for it to be fixed, which arrived in a couple of days. The part was fitted within minutes by a very helpful mechanic and confirmed that the windscreen fluid was now all working fine. It was a prompt and seamless service. So many thanks to Stewart for sorting. Excellent service.

The car itself is perfect- exactly as described and after a week of driving it I am even more impressed with the car. Overall I am very pleased with the car, and the helpful service provided by Tom.
